Hotel Černý Slon is located right in the heart of Prague, near the Old Town Square. The house is part of the UNESCO heritage list and his history dates back to the 14 century. His large reconstruction returned the house back to the comfortable hotels where the history lively talk to you. There are 16 rooms with every convenience and offering a view of the most beautiful Prague sights (the mediaeval Ungelt area built by emperor Charles IV) and the Týnský Church . The total capacity of the hotel is 35 beds. Restaurant Černý Slon and Wine Bar BANDOL (in the cellarage) are situated in the hotel.
The house Black Elephant was built in accordance with historical archives of Prague in the years 1330 - 1340 in a gothic style. A unique roof truss is preserved in an original form here and it is one of the oldest in Prague and also in whole Czech Republic. The house itself is listed on the UNESCO heritage list.
